Entrepreneur in Zurich
Yoko Spirig is co-founder and CEO of ledgy.com, the platform for startup owners. From employee participation plans to investor relations and cap table management, Ledgy helps startups automate and keep track of everything equity-related.
Prior to Ledgy, Yoko graduated in Physics from ETH Zürich, conducted research at CERN and the University of Oxford and was project lead of ETH Zürich’s first hyperloop team, swissloop.ch. She was also named as one of the “Digital shapers 2020” by Bilanz magazine as well as in the “30 under 30” list of Forbes magazine.
My degree in physics taught me, among others, to never give up on a problem if it really matters to me.
To be an entrepreneur is for me inseparable from being an optimist and I truly believe that things can change and improve dramatically if you have a vision.
As a woman, I’m motivated to develop women’s role in tech entrepreneurship.
